Quirky venue The Blind Tiger offers a superb vintage style afternoon tea on Sunday afternoons

 

Afternoon tea is a real treat at the fabulously quirky restaurant and bar The Blind Tiger in London’s Battersea. Available on Sunday afternoons only, afternoon tea at The Blind Tiger is known as The Vintage Tea Party, which is wonderfully apt, considering its decadent 1920’s style surroundings. Tuck into dainty finger sandwiches, delicious scones served with clotted cream and preserve and an array of luxurious boutique cupcakes. All this accompanied by pots of fine tea. What an amazing little find! I needed to take my girlfriend plus mother in law to be to lunch and by chance stumbled across this gem! We'd heard of the Blind Tiger before and have been intrigued, but we had no idea they did such a fabulous afternoon tea and at such a great cost, I've been to afternoon tea in town before and this was just as good if not better, the cakes were unbelievably yummy! I would really recommend this to anyone.
