Executive Chef Jonas Karlsson has created an original afternoon tea menu which includes tasty treats such as hibiscus financiers; lavender cup cakes and homemade violet and strawberry jam all served with a fragrant rose congue tea. A Chelsea cocktail is also included within the £24.50 price tag, which comprises of Hendricks gin with black cherry jam, St Germain elderflower liqueur and Harvey Nicols Brut champagne. As for the tea itself choose form a wide range of fine teas such as vanilla infused Chinese black tea, spicy black cha and lemon verbena.
