The traditional Dorchester Hotel Afternoon Tea begins with a fine selection of finger sandwiches followed by fresh warm scones with strawberry preserve and clotted cream. To finish off a beautiful array of cakes and tartlets are served on pretty tiered stands. A fine selection of the best teas in the world is served in delicate bone china pots. If you wish to add even moor luxury to the proceedings then why not go for the Champagne Tea or the fabulous High Tea which also includes dishes such as pave of salmon infused with tarragon and mustard served with chive mash and citrus kumquat butter. Alternatively why not check out the afternoon tea in the Spatisserie, the elegant and very pretty space situated by the Dorchester Spa.
